Student Academic Roadmap
Student's 4-Year Plan will be unique, based on their career goals for after high school. This chart shows what a typical 4-Year Plan looks like for the following pathways:
- VOCATIONAL: If you would like to enter the military or begin working right after high school.
- 2 YEARS COLLEGE/COMMUNITY COLLEGE: If you would like to attend Bakersfield College or another junior college after high school.
- CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM: If you would like to attend a school like CSU Bakersfield, or another public or private 4-year university.
- UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA SYSTEM: If you plan to apply to any UC or other prestigious university.
